Returns
We want you to love your order! If your order did not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in proper condition.
Please note that the delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable. If you wish to return an order it must be done so using your own postage method and at your own cost. We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel.
Shipping
Orders will ship within 4 business days of the order date, though most packages ship within 24-48 hours.
Please note that during the holidays or around major seasonal launches, processing may take up to an additional 5-8 business days.
Delivery is carried out from Portugal and is calculated depending on the distance and the chosen delivery method.

We’ll send you a link with cover fabrics to choose from. We’ll discuss all the details. Production time is 7-14 days, so please plan ahead.
All orders are packaged in beautiful paper packaging and a box that will make a very pleasant impression.
Please note that the parcel slip included in the parcel does not contain any prices. The invoice will be sent in a separate e-mail.
We also offer to add a handwritten note to orders meant as gifts. Kindly contact us at julya199447@gmail.com before placing your order and let us know which text you’d like us to write.
Delays during transit are usually caused by something outside of our control and are often resolved by the shipping company as quickly as possible.
However, if you’ve been tracking you shipment for more than a week and don’t notice any updates, feel free to get in touch with us here and we will look for more information.
All planners and notebooks are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Reprints are possible if the necessary materials are available. To order, please email us or WhatsApp us.
